The vast majority of our products are stored in our own facilities, so the merchandise will be ready immediately after ordering. Once the confirmation of the effective payment made by the User has been received, Grupo R. Queraltó will process the shipment of the products selected by the User.

 

In the event that the User urgently requires the shipment of the selected product, he must contact via email or through the chat available on the Grupo R. Queraltó website, the urgent delivery times.

 

The shipping cost to United Kingdom is £2.90. In Section Three "Shipping Methods," you can see the shipping cost. Then we will refund the total amount of the order, excluding shipping costs when applicable. We will take care of collecting the order and cover the associated costs.

Destination duties and local taxes are not included.

Other returns. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 30 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return it. You do not need to provide an explanation for returning the order if you do not wish to; it is your choice, simply return it. We will refund you the full amount, except for shipping costs if the order requires it.

You just need to inform our customer service and our transport company will come to your home to collect the product.

It is very important that the products are well packaged when you return them to us to prevent any damage during transportation.

When the courier collects your return, you can request the delivery receipt as proof that the product you want to return has been collected.

Once we receive the merchandise and verify that all the above conditions are met, Grupo R. Queraltó will proceed with the refund according to the payment method used and, if applicable, with the shipment of the new product:

  • If the payment was made by credit card, the amount will be refunded to the same credit card.
  • If the payment was made by bank transfer, we will request the bank account number where the amount should be credited.


NOTE: You will receive your refund within 7 days of the receipt of the exchanged or returned product in our warehouse. If you paid by credit card, it is possible that your bank may not show the refund amount in your account until the following month.
